Aries Commitment In the Midst of the Pandemic
Aries Chemical’s Business and our Personnel’s on-site customer support have been designated as essential during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. With this designation, Aries commits the following to our customers:
Aries Service Program in Your Facility:
- Aries commits to comply with all rules and restrictions that your plant has established to prevent and limit exposure within your facility.
- This commitment includes discontinuing of service visits if you deem that appropriate to minimize exposure of your facility to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Even if we are not able to provide our normal level of personal service to your facility, Aries will continue to provide Aries products to you on a timely basis. Our customer service and technical service personnel will also be available to you as needed to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
- If Aries is permitted to continue personal technical service to your facility, Aries personnel will comply with all rules and protections you have established to prevent contamination with Coronavirus (COVID-19). This would include proper social distancing, wearing proper masks or other PPE required, and any other restrictions you have in place to protect your personnel and products from contamination.
- Aries Service Personnel will be willing to go through any established medical protocols you have established for access to your facility such as body temperature measurements.

- Santastic – Concentrated Surface Cleaner Sanitizer. This product diluted to the proper concentration will effectively kill COVID-19.
- RMR-141 RTU – This cleaner sanitizer is provided in Ready to Use form with no dilution necessary and is equally effective in killing COVID-19.
